Great additive to pasta sauce, chili, bbq sauce, seasoning mixes, or casseroles. Very useful to add extra color and flavor without overpowering the dish.

Carol suggested I use this to give tomato sauces and stews a little extra depth of flavor–and it does! Plus it gives the extra health benefits of red bell peppers without having to buy and prepare them! As all her products–this is the purest without any additives at all–just Greek dried sweet red peppers and nothing else!
