Shipping and Delivery
Shipping within the United States
Every order ships from our warehouse in Columbia, South Carolina. Orders leave the warehouse the same or next business day, and delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days depending on how far you are from South Carolina.
- Orders of $200 or more ship free by ground service.
- Orders under $200 are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage or UPS. The exact cost is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order, and you choose the service you prefer before paying.
Packaging
Bottles and tins are packed to protect the oil from light and from movement in transit. Olive oil is best stored in a cool, dark cupboard once it arrives.
International orders
We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and would like to order, please contact us and we will let you know what is possible.
Questions about an order
If a delivery is late or arrives damaged, get in touch with your order number and we will sort it out.
