Refund policy
At EVGE, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our olive oils and specialty products. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we want you to feel confident when ordering from our store.
Returns
Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns once an order has been shipped and delivered. However, if there is an issue with your order (such as damage, incorrect items, or quality concerns), please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Refunds & Replacements
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

Your order arrived damaged in transit

There is a quality concern with the product
To process your request, please email support@evge.us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Refunds, when approved, will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on food products. If you’d like to try a different size or variety, we encourage you to place a new order.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at support@evge.us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
