Steamed vegetable salad

Method

  1. Steam broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus or  vegetable of choice. Taste after steaming five minutes for you preferred firmness.
  2. Salt while warm
  3. Dressing: 1 part lemon OR vinegar to 3 parts EVGE

Dress before eating either warm or cold! Steamed veggies keep in a cold fridge up to one week. ENJOY!!
