By far the best chick peas available! We use them for many dishes and grain bowls. They are probably the highest protein legume.

These chickpeas are small, very lovely. I prefer these as they tend to be more tender than other larger ones. We enjoy many dishes with these peas including chickpea patties!

We love these of course for hummus. They are also wonderful to throw into a grain bowl or salad for extra nutrition. For the industrious they make fabulous fritters or patties.
