This powder adds a great citrusy depth to marinades for meats or salad dressings, giving them a nice citrus touch. Making my own seasoning blends is fun and don’t be afraid to use plenty to get enough flavor!

I like having dried orange powder in my kitchen! Although the taste isn't as strong as it smells and as I expected, it adds a nice touch of citrus flavor to my cooking and baking if you use enough. I used it in my muffins, and it added a subtle orange flavor. It also works wonders as a seasoning; I like to mix it with salt for chicken and fish – it goes so well with spices like cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and cardamom, or herbs like rosemary or thyme.
