This oak-aged balsamic adds depth and balance to countless dishes:
Drizzle over salads, roasted vegetables, ripe tomatoes, or grilled peaches.

Carol's Tip: This is my favorite balsamic for simple salads. I whisk it with EVGE Unfiltered or Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a little Dijon mustard, a drizzle of honey, and, if I'm in the mood, a clove of fresh garlic. Toss with spring greens or baby spinach, then add toasted walnuts or almonds and seasonal fruit like berries, orange segments, or crisp apples for a delicious Mediterranean-inspired salad.
