Tzatziki

Method

  1. Grate cucumber, salt and strain for at least 30 min. 
  2. Squeeze ALL excess liquid from grated cucumber.
  3. Mix all ingredients: cucumber, yoghurt, vinegar, EVGE, salt and dill
  4. Serve with vegetable sticks, bread or wherever you like!

Keeps in a cold fridge for at least a week
