Greek Lettuce Salad

Another super easy, healthy and delicious salad!!

Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine or butter lettuce, sliced
  • 4-5 fresh green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, or lemon juice
  • 4-6 tablespoons EVGE extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Put sliced lettuce, fresh green onion and dill into a bowl, mix and salt.
  2. Step 2: Add vinegar OR lemon, mix.
  3. Step 3: Coat with EVGE olive oil and mix.

Tips & Notes

  • Eat immediately after dressing as it wilts fast
  • This is the most common lettuce salad found in Greece
  • Dressing ratio: 1 part lemon OR vinegar to 3 parts EVGE
