Method
- Put sliced lettuce, fresh green onion and dill into a bowl, mix and salt
- Add vinegar OR lemon, mix
- Coat with EVGE olive oil and mix
Eat immediately and ENJOY!!!
This is the most common lettuce salad found in Greece.
Dressing: 1 part lemon OR vinegar to 3 parts EVGE. I have a jar with a mark at 1/3 cup and 1 cup and always have some on hand to dress every type of salad and steamed vegetable (except Greek salad, which only needs EVGE!)
