Super easy, delicious, versatile and healthy warm or cold salad with broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus or any vegetable!
Ingredients
- Broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus or vegetable of choice
- Salt
- Lemon OR vinegar
- EVGE extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Steam broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus or vegetable of choice. Taste after steaming five minutes for preferred firmness.
- Step 2: Salt while warm.
- Step 3: Dress with 1 part lemon OR vinegar to 3 parts EVGE.

- Dress before eating either warm or cold
- Steamed veggies keep in a cold fridge up to one week
