Super easy, delicious, versatile and healthy warm or cold salad with broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus or any vegetable!

Ingredients

  • Broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus or vegetable of choice
  • Salt
  • Lemon OR vinegar
  • EVGE extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Steam broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus or vegetable of choice. Taste after steaming five minutes for preferred firmness.
  2. Step 2: Salt while warm.
  3. Step 3: Dress with 1 part lemon OR vinegar to 3 parts EVGE.

  • Dress before eating either warm or cold
  • Steamed veggies keep in a cold fridge up to one week
  • Salt while warm for better absorption
