1Ingredients
- Broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus or vegetable of choice
- Salt
- Lemon OR vinegar
- EVGE extra virgin olive oil
2Instructions
- 1Steam broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus or vegetable of choice. Taste after steaming five minutes for preferred firmness.
- 2Salt while warm.
- 3Dress with 1 part lemon OR vinegar to 3 parts EVGE.

Dress before eating either warm or cold
Steamed veggies keep in a cold fridge up to one week
Salt while warm for better absorption
