  • Broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus or vegetable of choice
  • Salt
  • Lemon OR vinegar
  • EVGE extra virgin olive oil

2Instructions

  1. 1Steam broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus or vegetable of choice. Taste after steaming five minutes for preferred firmness.
  2. 2Salt while warm.
  3. 3Dress with 1 part lemon OR vinegar to 3 parts EVGE.
