
Another super easy, healthy and delicious salad!!
1Ingredients
- 1 head romaine or butter lettuce, sliced
- 4-5 fresh green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, or lemon juice
- 4-6 tablespoons EVGE extra virgin olive oil
2Instructions
- 1Put sliced lettuce, fresh green onion and dill into a bowl, mix and salt.
- 2Add vinegar OR lemon, mix.
- 3Coat with EVGE olive oil and mix.
3Tips & Notes
Eat immediately after dressing as it wilts fast

Dressing ratio: 1 part lemon OR vinegar to 3 parts EVGE
