Hand-harvested in December 2024 on the EVGE family estate in Kalamata, Greece, this unfiltered edition offers olive oil in its purest form. Grown at ~1,200 ft elevation and just 12 km from the Mediterranean, Koroneiki olives are pressed within hours to preserve vivid freshness, polyphenols (319 mg/kg), and ultra-low acidity (0.024).
Because the natural pulp remains intact, this unfiltered oil delivers robust flavor and texture — a favorite among chefs and purists. It has been recognized with the Kotinos Gold Medal (medium fruitiness), honoring its quality and authenticity.
